Peter Drucker is a legend of Business Management. This book takes excerpts from various writings of Mr. Drucker combined with commentary from other writers to produce a kind of Peter Drucker reader. It took me some time to become comfortable with the format of the book. It is broken into small portions, making reading straight through full of abrupt starts and stops. The book is filled with jewels of wisdom and points to other Drucker readings should one decide to study further.
