If anything this book will remind you of what your priorities are and what is important in life. It will also help you understand why it is totally okay to sometimes say "no" to a request, even if it's a valid and noble request. We are not designed to to do it all and it's okay. Read this book if you're overwhelmed, feel guilty about not being a good enough employee, parent or spouse. It will encourage you and hopefully help you see what the next step for you should be.
