The Secret Scroll --- by Ronald Cutler --- Set in present day Israel, Jerusalem to be exact, this novel about an archeologist who is mysteriously led to a hidden cave where he discovers an ancient scroll dating back to the time of Christ. When a secret sect learn of the discovery of this scroll that would contradict their twisted tenets they scheme to steal the scroll and murder all those associated with its discovery. As you may have surmised, this book belongs ¬¬to the Dan Brown school of novels: evil incarnate; hidden sects; sinister purposes; sacred locales. This is a one-day read book. Not because the book is thin or the print is large. No: because the story is so riveting. You’ll enjoy this book.
