I loved this start to the DragonKeeper Chronicles! I thought every character was wonderful, and the story is certainly not lacking in adventure or humor. Definitely would recommend this.

A little slow at first and it took me to about mid point in the book to fully understand and appreciate this book, but my interest increased and I rate this book as excellent. I do recommend this book to other teenage readers. Doctor-at-Bass! T. A.

With the surplus of fantasy books out today, it's hard to find well-written entries into the popular genre. "DragonSpell" manages to be unique and appealing to all ages—a rare combination to be sure. If you're looking for a dark and/or epic fantasy, you'll want to try something else; but if you're looking for an entertaining, adventurous fantasy tale, "DragonSpell" should hit the spot.
