I really enjoyed this book. The author writes in a way that isn't preachy at all, just with a helpful, caring tone. I loved the nutrition and supplement section the most, a lot of his nutrition advice I'd never read anywhere else. The info on vitamins and supplements was great too! The chapters on mindfulness and meditation are well-written too.

I wish it was as novel as the title implies, but it's the usual "Have you tried exercise? What about vitamin B? Sunlight?" self-help advice us folks with anxiety have heard in articles on msn.com for years.
